If you complete your order by 10:00 a.m. it is prepared and shipped the same day so that you can receive it the next day or at least within 48 hours.

Shipments outside Italy will take 72 hours.

If you pay by bank transfer, your order is given to the courier once the amount is credited.

Our products and accessories can be shipped throughout the European Union.

Exceptions are :
Republic of San Marino, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Malta.

The moment your order is shipped, you receive an email with the tracking of the shipment, which you can check at any time in your private area under the orders.

Certainly, should you have any difficulties in completing your order through the site, you can send us the list of products you have chosen and your personal information:

If technical time permits we will be happy to accommodate your request, otherwise we will try to find the best possible solution.

If the ordered products suffer any kind of damage during transportation, you will be refunded no later than 24 hours after your report.

Except for kneaders whose reimbursement will take place at the time the package returns to the company .

Should you receive an order with missing or different products from the ones you ordered, the correct ones will be sent to you no later than 24 hours after your report which should be made by writing a simple message to assistenza@giochidigusto.it.

If you should find an expired product inside the package, despite careful checking before departure, please report it to us promptly by sending an email to:  assistenza@giochidigusto.it complete with photos of the product and the expiration date, and we will refund the same within 24/48 business hours.

The system we use makes it so that you cannot order an unavailable product.

Should it still happen, we will be sure to contact you to offer an alternative product, refund, or delayed delivery.

Of course, your products will be packed and protected carefully.

In case you should receive one or more damaged products please let us know by sending an email to assistenza@giochidigusto.it, we will be ready to solve your problem promptly.

If you have encountered payment problems that cannot be attributed to your lending institution, please send an email to assistenza@giochidigusto.it, we will be happy to help you resolve them.

You can ask us to cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
To do so, all you have to do is send us an email at. assistenza@giochidigusto.it, and the refund process will be initiated within 24/48 hours of your request.
