The Sunmix EASY20 is the spiral mixer designed for those who need significant production capacity, up to 20kg of dough per cycle with a 25-liter bowl, without sacrificing the operational simplicity of traditional controls and without requiring three-phase electrical installation. Powered by 230V single-phase with a 1.1kW motor, it installs wherever the smaller mixers in the range already work.
The EASY20 shares the mechanics of the EVO20 line: inverter with 50-300 rpm range, reverse function, and CE-certified Made in Italy construction. The difference from the EVO20 version is in the interface: no touch screen, no infrared temperature sensor, no recipe storage. A machine designed for those who prefer to work with direct controls and want reliability without additional technologies.
With 20kg dough capacity and 12kg flour per cycle, the EASY20 is suitable for pizzerias with medium production, artisan bakeries, and semi-professional workshops working with direct and indirect doughs for Neapolitan pizza, pan pizza, bread, and focaccia. The 230V single-phase power supply makes it installable in any workshop without electrical system modifications.
On request: internal LED lighting and trolley. Available in 3 standard colors: Ruby red, Deep black, Pure white.
