The Sunmix EASY6 professional spiral mixer represents Italian excellence in professional spiral mixers. Designed for pizzerias, bakeries and discerning enthusiasts, this 6kg spiral mixer combines innovative mechanics, professional performance and compact dimensions that are also ideal for home use. The 8-liter bowl can process up to 6kg of dough or 3.5kg of flour, with an hourly output of up to 18kg/h in continuous cycles. Delivery is in about 4-6 weeks from the date of order.

Total speed control by inverter

The inverter adjusts the speed from 50 to 300 rpm continuously, adapting the spiral to each processing step with reduced power consumption and superior quietness. Constant power ensures consistent performance at every speed. The reverse function allows complex pre-bakes such as biga, autolysis, sponge and poolish to be made with the technique of master bakers.

LED lighting and build quality

LED tank lighting is available as an option and allows monitoring of the dough at all stages of processing, from dough point recognition to hydration control. Available in three colors: ruby red, deep black and pure white.

How much flour does the Sunmix EASY6 mixer process?

The EASY6 processes up to 6kg of dough or 3.5kg of flour thanks to the 8-liter tank. Hourly output in continuous cycles is up to 18kg/h.

What is the difference between the EASY line and the EVO line?

The two lines are identical in mechanics and performance. The difference is in the control technology: the EVO has a color touch screen panel, infrared temperature sensor, and storage of 20 recipes in 6 steps. The EASY has traditional controls, no temperature sensor, and no recipe storage. LED lighting is standard on the EVO and optional on the EASY.

What does reversal mean and what does it do?

The inversion reverses the direction of rotation of the spiral, enabling complex pre-bakes such as biga, autolysis, sponge, and poolish-typical techniques of professional master bakers.

Is the LED light included?

No. On the EASY line, the LED tub light is available as an optional extra. On the EVO line, however, it is included as standard.
