Gluten-free preparation for fresh Italian pasta

Bel Paese Fresh Pasta Mix is specifically designed to recreate the texture, elasticity and flavor of traditional Italian fresh pasta, completely gluten-free. Whether it’s Emilian tagliatelle, lasagna alla Bolognese, fettuccine al ragù, or maltagliati for ribollita, this mix guarantees a sheet of pasta that can be worked, rolled out, and cooked like grandma’s.

The combination of cornstarch, rice flour and xanthan gum recreates that elastic mesh that in wheat is provided by gluten, allowing you to roll out very thin sheets without them breaking. Without eggs in the base you can add them yourself for a traditional egg pasta, or use just water for a vegan version. With only 1g fat per 100g it is also a light and digestible fresh pasta.

It is perfect for tagliatelle, fettuccine, pappardelle, lasagna, maltagliati, squares for broth, pasta sheets for ravioli and tortellini, garganelli, strozzapreti, Tuscan pici, and reginette.
