With the 30cm round aluminum pizza net suitable for food contact, you can rest your freshly baked pizzas safely. Designed for baking, it can withstand temperatures up to 280°C.
The 30cm aluminum pizza net is a versatile tool: it can be used both during baking to ensure even air circulation under the base, and after baking to rest the pizza while preventing the crust from becoming soft due to condensation.
Made of non-toxic, food-safe aluminum, it is dishwasher safe and provides maximum hygiene and convenience. With a diameter of 30cm, it is compatible with most domestic ovens.
Resting the pizza on a screen is an essential step: it allows air to circulate freely under the base, preventing moisture from accumulating and the crust from losing its crispness.
