The Back to Pizza brand Aluminized steel rectangular pizza pan is the perfect tool for baking flatbreads, pizza by the slice, pizza by the slice, buns, brioche and more. Whether you use a home built-in oven or a professional oven.
The straight, raised edge of as much as 3cm greatly facilitates leavening in the pan, and the aluminization allows for even baking and gives the crispy browning typical of pizza by the slice.
The pan is ready to use, can be washed with water and dishwashing detergents and NO treatment is required.
