The Solina and Jervicella ancient grain flour is an organic type “1” flour, stone-ground.

 

What makes it so unique and sought after is the combination of Solina soft wheat, a very rustic variety native to Abruzzo, and Jervicella, an ancient soft wheat cultivated in the south of Marche region.

 

It is a completely organic Italian flour with rustic and strong nuances that can be added to any dough in adequate proportions.
