Five grain flour + 1 MoltiCereali - 1Kg

The MoltiCereali flour is obtained from the milling of 5 cereals plus 1: soft wheat type 1, whole grain rye, whole grain durum wheat, whole grain einkorn wheat, toasted whole grain red rice, and toasted whole grain corn.

In the package, you will also find a bag of chia seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, flax seeds, and sunflower seeds.

Thanks to the good percentage of soft wheat, the 5 Cereals plus 1 Flour can be used to make bread of any size and incredibly flavorful rustic focaccias without the addition of stronger flours.
