Spelt flour type “0” Bio is obtained from the milling of triticum spelta, also called spelt or greater spelt from Italian Organic farming.


Used together with wheat flours, it makes it possible to make baked goods such as pizzas, focaccias, and breadsticks with truly unique nutritional characteristics and fragrances.


Spelt is the oldest cereal species cultivated by man and contains vitamins A, E, C and B vitamins, minerals and zinc.
