Piennolo cherry tomato PDO Vesuviello - 400g

The Piennolo tomatoes (Solanum lycopersicum) from Vesuvio PDO are a variety of tomatoes grown exclusively in the Vesuvius National Park.

Recognized until 2009 as a traditional agri-food product by the Campania region, it was subsequently awarded the P.D.O. (Protected Designation of Origin) label.

They are sweet cherry tomatoes with a slight acidic note, dense pulp, few seeds and ideal for preparing the classic Neapolitan pizza.
