The Sunmix EVO6 mixer is the latest addition to the Sunmix family and is capable of processing up to 6 kg of dough at speeds ranging from 70 to 300 revolutions per minute. It is equipped with:

✅ Touch screen control panel

which allows you to store up to 20 different programs of 6 steps each

✅ Infrared temperature sensor

which constantly measures the temperature of the dough with the ability to stop the mixer at the threshold we set.

✅ LED lights to illuminate the pool

For perfect dough control even in low-light conditions.

✅ Reverse gear

to make pre-mixes such as biga, autolysis, sponge, etc. etc.
