FORTE ‘0’ type organic wheat flour with W360 is ideal for making Roman-style pan pizzas, Roman-style dough balls, pre-bakes, puffed breads, croissants, panettone cakes, doves and all types of large leavened goods.

 

It is a flour made only from local grains and is particularly easy to knead by hand with the same characteristics as Manitoba.
