Returns and Refunds
Giochi di Gusto offers a 14-day money-back guarantee.
There are two types of conditions for receiving a refund:
- Products purchased are damaged or defective
- Products purchased were never shipped or the shipment was lost
In order to receive reimbursement, it is necessary to provide photographic evidence that the case in question falls into one of the categories listed above.
- Claims for reimbursement for any delays in shipping time will not be accepted.
- We do not accept returns and refunds after the period of 14 days from the time we receive the goods.
How do I return a purchased item?
If the received item does not fall into the previous categories but you still wish to proceed with a refund, it is necessary to initiate a return process.
To initiate the return process, simply fill out our contact form or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. We will tell you the address where to send your package. Once we receive and verify the product, we will refund the amount paid! (Refund processing can take up to 5 days depending on the lending institution).
The returned product must be undamaged and sealed. The shipping and related costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How can I modify or cancel an order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to modify or cancel your order at email@example.com. Remember to include your order number and the change and/or cancellation you wish to make, you will receive confirmation of the transaction. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
In the case of an order cancelled after shipment, the costs incurred by us up to that point will be deducted from the refund amount, which may include payment fees, packaging fees, and handling costs.
What do I do if the items I receive are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you have received defective, incorrect and/or damaged goods, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please remember to include the order number, photographs of the items and all related references upon receipt of the package, and in accordance with our money back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the problem as soon as possible!
