Exceptions are : Repubblica di San Marino, Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Corsica, Cipro, Malta.
Delivery and shipping times
The order will be shipped within 24 hours of registering the order, delivery is expected within the next 2 working days (one day more for the islands and the rest of Europe), barring delays due to courier management.
All orders received by 10:00 am are prepared and handed over to the courier on the same day.
The package is entrusted to GLS – BRT – UPS couriers, and each order will always be associated with a tracking number.
At the time of departure, you will receive an email with the tracking code, which you can use to follow the shipment and ensure its delivery.
Delivery takes place within a time slot from 9:00 to 18:00. The courier may come in the morning or in the afternoon at their discretion, and it is not possible to arrange a specific delivery time.
If you are not present at the first delivery attempt, the courier will make another attempt on the next working day.
If the delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be held in storage and you will be notified via email to arrange an alternative delivery date.
If the package is not delivered and goes into storage, the costs of the same must be borne by the recipient.
Is your order damaged?
If the products ordered suffer any kind of damage during transportation, you will be refunded within 24 hours after your report, which must be made by writing a simple message to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Except for kneaders whose reimbursement will take place at the time the package returns to the company .
What happens if your order is wrong?
If you receive an order with missing or different products from those ordered, the correct ones will be sent to you within 24 hours after your notification, which must be made by sending a simple message to email@example.com.
Does your order not arrive?
If for any reason you do not receive your order, we will take care of tracking it down and ensuring it is delivered to you as soon as possible. If the courier has lost your package, we will send you an identical order at no cost to you.
